Loved the hotel's cool spot next to the offices and the trade center, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at reception! Room was sparkly clean with a sweet city view, perfect for chilling after a day out in the bustling city. A bit of a heads-up though, maybe remind the cleaning crew to give under the bed a quick vacuum. had a blast! 🌟

My recent stay was a blast! I had access to the pool & spa at a sister hotel. The shuttle took me everywhere. The breakfast buffet was a treat. The gym had all I needed. The rooms were comfy. I loved the pan-Asian cuisine. My favourite - the sashimi. The staff were top-notch. A budget stay that felt luxurious. Can't wait to go back for more sashimi!

The receptionist accommodated our needs efficiently at Ibis. the on-site tuck shop was helpful when needed. the restaurant staff prepared delicious food, and the breakfast options were good. the concierge desk offered valuable assistance, and the public areas were spacious and beautiful. the reliable wifi and friendly staff enhanced our stay. I always return here for my city trips. The staff even helped with taxi tips on my first stay. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a fitness studio, it suits me perfectly. Plus, they have all the amenities I need.

Sparkling outdoor pool: After a relaxing day at the pool, I felt as refreshed as a newly polished diamond. The pool area is simply stunning and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Lifts not working properly

The room was super cozy with a comfy bed, a spacious work desk, and a mini fridge for late-night snacks. The TV with international channels was a nice touch, keeping me entertained after a long day.

The hotel's decor felt warm and inviting, with soft colors and comfortable seating areas that made me feel at ease. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and well-placed handrails throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.

I would ask for more support from the children of the staff for senior guests, such as offering assistance with luggage without any delay.

I chose this hotel for an important corporate offsite, and it proved to be a convenient and stylish venue for creative meetings. Its location near the World Trade Center metro station and the downtown area was ideal for both work and leisure, making it a suitable choice for business or pleasure in Dubai.

Although the staff could be more attentive and the room had minor issues like the Aircon, the comfy bed and good location made up for it. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and Concierge assistance.

Inconsistent quality of staff attitude.

We had an incredible stay at Ibis. the staff was extremely helpful and polite, even arranging a surprise birthday cake for our friend. the room was clean and the towels were changed daily. the hotel provided excellent touristic information and the breakfast was amazing. Despite the small size, the room was functional and quiet. We were also impressed by the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro.

You'll never have a problem finding things to do or see because everything is so close. there are many great restaurant options nearby. The breakfast is also quite good and the staff is generally friendly.

The rooms may feel a bit cramped for some guests.

The bites at the on-site joints were like a flavor fiesta - Oak's ambiance was zesty, and Cuban Kotto had me grooving with its throwback vibes. The food at the bar trumped OAK's spread. Plus, the staff were top-notch! Location near World Trade Centre? Chef's kiss! As a cherry on top, nearby nosh spots like Chez Michel and Headlines Cafe hit the spot.

Poor Wi-Fi in room couldn’t rain on the parade of epic eats. While breakfast was a hit, the repetition got old.

clean rooms - great location close to the red metro line. Found cool restaurants and bars nearby. Emmaculate at front desk went above and beyond, and Reem and the other lady at reception were super helpful.

Text: The hotel's budget price didn't disappoint! Loved the free access to the pool and spa at the sister hotel and the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Just wish they had more options for Sahoor.
